Donations

Our program would not be possible without the generous donations from our community! If you would like to make a donation or know a business that would like to make a donation, please refer to our Donation Letter.

If you or your company decides to sponsor the Hoop Heroes Inclusive Basketball Program, the following recognitions shall be made:

Diamond Sponsor. ...........................All donations over $1 000

Platinum Sponsor…..........................Donations between $500-$999

Gold Sponsor……………………… . $250 - $499

Silver Sponsor…………….…………. $100 - $249

Bronze Sponsor…………….……… $50 - $99

Honorary Hoop Hero ………..……. $10 - $49

Here is a look at how your business will be acknowledged for their donation:
✔ All donations will be recognized on our social media platforms (Website, Facebook, Instagram).
✔ All donations over $500 will have their company logo added to our new sponsorship sign (which will be on
display at every practice and community event)
✔ All donations over $1000 will receive a Team t-shirt and a visit from our Mascot Swish.

Here is a breakdown of what your business donation will cover:

❖ $250 will cover the cost of 1 practice (gym rental, insurance and equipment use). Your company will be
recognized as the title sponsor of that practice.
❖ $500 will cover the cost of sensory equipment including noise canceling headphones, digits, calming toys
and core boards for communication. Your company will be invited to one of our practices for a photo op
with our players and mascot.
❖ $1000 will cover the cost of adaptive basketball equipment including lower hoops, shooting aids, modified
basketballs. Your company will be invited to one of our practices for a photo op with our players and
mascot.
❖ $1500 will cover the cost of a team keepsake which will be given to every player and used to promote the
program.
❖ $2500 will cover the cost of our new team shirts for this season. Your company logo will be added to the
left shoulder of each shirt and you will receive 5 shirts.
